You can reserve your class by booking online. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as you have booked and paid for the class. The classes have limited number of spaces available.
Cancellation can be done via email. If cancelled 72 hours or more before the start of a class 50% of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before a class full payment is due.
Prepare for class
Avoid eating a heavy meal before class. Wear any clothes that are comfortable and easy to move around in. I recommend bringing your own mat, but should you need a mat this will be provided. Meditation pillows are also provided. Before class remove your shoes and be as quiet as possible to respect other students.
Please let me know before class if you have any injuries or other issues that can be relevant to yoga practice.
I do not offer pregnancy yoga and recommend that you do not take my classes if pregnant. Should you choose to take my classes when pregnant please inform me before the class.
A gentle reminder
Should you feel ill or if anything hurts during yoga practice allow yourself to listen to your body and take a step back. Yoga is here for us to tune into ourselves and our breath in an enjoyable and explorative way. If something is unclear feel free to ask questions during and after the class.
