Terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions are those that are used by Dive in yoga and can be found on www.diveinyoga.nl
Student: a participant at classes, workshops or retreats
Dive in yoga: the entity listed in the trade register with kvk number 84057068
The terms and conditions apply to all classes, workshops and retreats
Amendments of the general conditions may be done if necessary, and student will be notified by email
By participating in classes, workshops or retreats the student agrees to the terms and conditions
3. Payment and pricing
All classes, workshops and retreats must be paid for in advance
In case of late payment a late fee will apply that corresponds to the price of the class, workshop or retreat
Dive in yoga may change the price of classes, workshops or retreats
Prices will always be up to date on the Dive in yoga website
Cancellation of classes, workshops and retreats can be done via email
If cancelled 72 hours or more before the start of a class, workshop or retreat, 50% of the total amount will be charged
In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the class, workshop or retreat no refund will be made
Dive in yoga reserves the right to cancel without giving a reason a class, workshop or retreat, or to refuse a student’s participation prior to the start of a class, workshop or retreat.
Exclusion does not affect any obligation to refund the student's payment
6. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure Dive in yoga has the right to suspend all classes, workshops or retreats
Refund policy applies in these cases as per the cancellation policy in this agreement
Privacy laws as outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are fully applicable.
Dive in yoga is not liable for any injuries sustained in classes, workshops or retreats
The student is responsible for informing Dive in yoga before class, workshop or retreat of any injuries or conditions that might impact yoga practice
Dive in yoga is not liable for any loss or damage of the student’s belongings during a class, workshop or retreat.
9. Disputes and applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes between parties are settled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
