I first started doing yoga as a form of physical exercise and after having practiced at different studios for a few years I decided to take my passion seriously. I became a certified yoga teacher in 2020 (RYT200 hour Shades of Yoga) and have since taught vinyasa and hatha classes online and in-person. I believe that yoga can be applied in many ways and it has changed my perspective on things and provided me with a deeper sense of purpose. I am especially interested in yoga as a tool that can be used to challenge and channel our thought patterns to increase mental and physical wellbeing. I started Dive in yoga because I would love for everyone to experience the joy of yoga and what it can offer.
